Our horizontal mill cells enable us to leave jobs permanently set up and gives us the ability to run lights out.  These manufacturing methods enable us to reduce set up time, increase run time and ultimately help deliver a value proposition to our customers.

Mill/Turn Multitasking Machine Capabilities

Our multi spindle multi axis capabilities enables us to produce parts off a single machine complete opposed to transferring between different machines for mill and lathe operations.  This method of manufacturing reduces part touches while increasing production efficiency and is another key component of our value driven philosophy.

Turning

Honeycutt Machine has one of the most efficient lathe departments in the industry.  With the ability to turn up to 18" we excel on production work or hard metal smaller quantities as well.

Milling

Whether it’s aluminum, stainless steel, or titanium we have a versatile mixture of machine tools to competitively produce your manufacturing project.  Our milling envelope is up to 84" and 12,000 RPM which includes 4th axis milling capability.
