Whether it’s a demanding production project or a simple small quantity part we concentrate on manufacturing at a level of efficiency to provide you with the best value and service you can find in the industry. Our manufacturing process is tracked using Epicor Vista manufacturing software to ensure managed process control. Through bar code data collection we are able to provide current status on orders and gather job cost information to help keep cost down and assist you in meeting your manufacturing goals.

High Tech Manufacturing
To support the manufacturing process we utilize a wide range of automated CNC equipment from our twin spindle twin turret 7 axis Nakamura mill/turns, to our six pallet Mori-Seiki horizontal cell system with touch probe, to our Omax waterjet. With multiple seats of SolidWorks, FeatureCAM, and SURFCAM we are able to efficiently support our programming demands and can import most CAD files.

Our entire manufacturing process is monitored by our highly trained & capable quality staff to ensure a consistent product from start to finish. Currently ISO 9001:2000/AS9100B certified, our processes are designed around consistency, accountability, and repeatability to ensure a process that is acceptable to even the most demanding manufacturing customer. To perform at a World Class quality standard we utilize a wide range of inspection resources from our Brown & Sharpe CMMs to our Rockwell hardness testing support. We have multiple calibrated inspection rocks including our 9 foot grade A surface. Inspectors are continuously trained and certified to ensure quality metrics are maintained at the highest level possible All tools and equipment follow a strict calibration schedule to ensure accurate precise measurement and quality. Employees are certified in Eddy Current testing procedures.

Honeycutt Machine offers 30 years of manufacturing experience to help support your production and assembly goals. We offer assistance in part design, quality, and cost reduction with our in-house engineering resources and utilization of our expertise in manufacturing processes. Through our working relationship with our wide range of suppliers we provide a network of services to help increase efficiency in the production of your manufacturing project.

Inventory Management
With experience in inventory management we offer our customers support to achieve their lean manufacturing goals with our JIT/ auto replenish programs. Our inventory managed system can play a key role in product flow by reducing delivery issues and helping to reduce overall costs. Honeycutt Machine provides a variety of just-in-time services based on our customers' needs. We maintain a dock to stock managed program and can deliver product at your request on a daily, weekly, or monthly interval. We can also monitor and maintain inventory levels at your facility with our auto replenish system which provides seamless product restocking. In addition, we can provide bar code labeling and a variety of packaging including custom reusable containers to lower costs and reduce waste.
